Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a showroom where we can see products and materials?

Yes! You are welcome in our showroom in Strombeek-Bever: Kleinewinkellaan 46 (Brussels region, Flemish Brabant), where you can discover our reusable shopping bags, luxury boxes and other packaging solutions. We recommend making an appointment in advance via our contact page. Of course, we can also visit you.

Do you have printed bags or packaging in stock?

We offer tailor-made, personalised solutions for our customers. This means we start production from scratch to deliver a unique product. High-quality personalisation is difficult to achieve on stock items. What we do keep in stock and can deliver quickly are cotton bags in around 10 formats and various colours. These can be personalised within 2 to 3 weeks.

Can goods be stored at SUPERBLEND?

For a small additional fee, you can store goods with us and have them delivered on demand. We are happy to review your specific situation and prepare a tailor-made logistics proposal. Goods stored with us must be paid for as soon as they are received into our stock. Request a customised logistics proposal here.

How fast can you deliver?

Delivery time depends on the product and the production location (EU or Asia). We offer both fast EU production and more cost-efficient options via Asia. For urgent orders, we always look for the best transport solution.

Are there minimum order quantities?

Our range is very extensive, so minimum quantities vary depending on the product. In general, the minimum is around 500 units. A limited number of items are available in smaller quantities.

How does the ordering process work? Is an order final once signed?

As these are customised goods, they cannot be sold to third parties. By signing an order or approving it by email, the buyer commits to purchasing the goods.

Will I receive the exact quantity ordered?

We apply a production tolerance between 5% and 15%, depending on the product type and order volume. We invoice the actual quantity delivered.

Are delivery times guaranteed?

We always strive to respect delivery times. If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we inform our customer and look for appropriate solutions. If your order is for a specific event, it is always helpful to communicate the exact date.

Can I expect exact print colours?

We print using Pantone colours on various materials. In some cases, an exact colour match is not 100% achievable. However, our prints always remain within acceptable tolerances.

Who owns the design copyrights?

Models and designs created by SUPERBLEND are protected by copyright, even if they include your logo and details.

Who is responsible for printing errors?

For each production, we provide a proof that must be checked and approved by the customer to avoid human errors. Once the proof is approved, the customer is responsible for any errors.

Who bears the risk during shipping?

SUPERBLEND is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer.
